PS:: YOU CAN SHARE FILES WITH USERS OF OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS BUT WILL NOT GET SPEED.
I made this easy 10 step guide. Please follow carefully.
Step 1. Click on port and change it to any port other than port 80, 8080. Best keep it somewhere between 9000-9900,
Step 2. Change from easy mode to expert mode.
Step 3. Go to Menu > Other options > click on Shell context menu. Once you have clicked it will give you the following msg "Add to HFS" has been added to your window's explorer right click menu.
Step 4. Go to Menu > Start/Exit > Check Auto > Save HFS on exit.
Step 5. Go to Menu > Virtual File System > Adding folders > Default to real-folders.
If you want to share any hidden files/folder for example porn folder check on List files with attributes.
Step 6. Go to Menu > Limits > uncheck Prevent leeching (download accelerators). Once you uncheck this your server will support IDM and hence will give high speed on downloads.
To get max speed please change your LAN CARD duplex settings to 100mbps full duplex.
Step 7. Goto Menu > Tray icons > Uncheck Tray icons for each download. Then Goto > Main icons > check Number of different IP address now connected.

From next time when you exit your hfs your file system will be automatically saved, due to step 4.To save 1st time file system Go to Menu - Save File System or you can press ctrls+S. save the file system anywhere apart from your C or system drive.
Step 10. To check whether your HFS is working click on Open in browser. If it opens then its successfully done.
Now copy the address along with the port from HFS client and give it to fellow SITI BB users to share your files on LAN.
Recommended: To download from any file servers such as HFS, use IDM (Internet Download Manager) to get max speed.
